Attention Seniors: If you have not finished your online classes yet you best get on it. Time is running out for completion. All online classes need to be completed by May 12th and time is running out with less than three weeks remaining!
Scholarships deadlines are fast approaching! Get your scholarships in ASAP.
Attention Seniors: May 15th is the Senior Walk. You will be leaving I.H.S. at 9:00 a.m. Please make sure you are here on time.
Attention Seniors: Jostens will be here tomorrow during all lunches for your 2nd delivery, then once again on Thursday, May 4th for your final delivery.
Attention Juniors and Seniors: Get your prom tickets now: $35.00 per person. Voting for Prom King and Queen begins today! Your king nominees are Jason Clubb, Juan Espinoza, Brennan Wykoff and Isaac Zamora. The Queen nominees are Autumn Smitherman, Hannah White, Starlyn Wright and Tionna McClain. Voting will be in your English classes. If you don't have an English class in campus, see Ms Phillips to vote. Voting ends on Friday.
Please bring your Title 1 surveys back by Friday, April 28th. Teachers: turn these in to the front office as you collect them.

JV Cheerleading tryouts will be this week: April 24th-28th from 2:30-4:30. They are also searching for guys who have what it takes to be part of the stunt team. Please bring a copy of your school physical if you played a sport this year.
There will be an FFA meeting today after school in Mrs. Houk’s room. It is very important that you come. If you want to run for an FFA officer, please see Mrs. Houk for the paperwork.
Friday, the 28th, there will be an in-school kickball game during 8th period. The price is $5 to play and $3 to watch. Tickets will be sold during lunch the day of the game. Please see Mrs. Houk before Wednesday if you would like to play and get your name on the list.
Donkey Basketball is coming to I.H.S. on Friday, April 28th at 7:00 p.m. Come watch Teachers vs. Law Enforcement as they attempt to play basketball while riding donkeys. This will surely be a sight to see!! Contact a basketball player or Coach Swayze for your ticket today: $8.00 in advance or $10.00 at the gate!
ELA testing begins TODAY. You may bring your own headphones or earbuds to use. If you are not sure of your testing date and location, please ask one of your teachers. Teachers: Please remember to review the 9th & 10th Grade rosters for testing this week. Both 9th grade and 10th grade will be testing throughout the week. Please make sure to check daily to know which groups are testing.

Did you know that 1 in every 5 children in America suffers from malnutrition? Would you like to help provide food for students in Putnam County? If so, please join “Feed the Need” for their annual “5-K Sprint for Students” held on May 13th. They help provide food for students in need in our county. The cost is $10 for the Fun Run, $20 for the 5-K, or you can donate a designated amount. The school with the highest percentage of participation (staff and students) will win $500 for their school. Please see me in the front office for a registration form. Registration deadline is April, 28th.

Congrats to the Lady Rams Softball for their 10-5 victory over Crescent City. The Rams were led by Amanda Quinby and Angie Mathews with 3 hits a piece. Jerri Mae Bedenbaugh had 12 strikeouts to end the regular season with a 14-9 record.
